What is a credit and what does it cost?+
A credit is the unit we meter AI and tool use in. One credit costs ₱6.95 at list price, and cheaper in larger top-up packs. Your plan includes a monthly allowance and you can top up any time.
What does BloomCONNECT cost?+
Starter is ₱1,495/mo, Growth ₱5,995/mo and Pro ₱11,995/mo, each including a monthly credit allowance. Enterprise is volume-based. Annual billing gives you two months free. Prices are in Philippine pesos with a USD reference toggle.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, a 14-day free trial with no card required. You can connect a channel and run real conversations during the trial.
Is it one credit per message or per response?+
It is per AI thinking cycle, not per message. A single reply that reasons once costs one credit. Tool use such as booking, web search or a Custom Function is one credit per call.
What actually uses credits?+
AI responses (one credit per thinking cycle) and AI tool use (booking, web search, Custom Functions, campaign generation, FAQ generation) at one credit per call. WhatsApp Web connections cost 50 credits per month per number. WhatsApp Business API messages are billed at Twilio pass-through with no mark-up.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plan changes take effect at your next billing cycle and cancellation stops future charges while keeping your data available for a 30-day export window.
How does BYOK work and what does it save?+
On Pro and Enterprise you can connect your own Anthropic API key. AI operations then bill to your Anthropic account instead of consuming credits. Channel infrastructure costs still apply. Use the Anthropic spend estimator to compare.
What's the difference between the plans?+
Higher plans add channels, more AI replies per chat, a larger memory window, more team seats and features such as image and video understanding, appointment booking, web search, Custom Functions, webhooks, API access and BYOK. The pricing page has the full matrix.
Why is BYOK Claude-only — can I use OpenAI or Gemini?+
BYOK currently supports Anthropic Claude only, because that is the model family the agent is tuned against for reliability. OpenAI and Gemini are not supported for BYOK today.
Do you bill in pesos or dollars?+
We bill in Philippine pesos. USD figures shown on the site are for reference only, converted at an editable rate.
What does WhatsApp cost?+
WhatsApp Web via QR is 50 credits per month per connected number. WhatsApp Business API messages are 0.05 credits each as a Twilio pass-through, and template messages are passed through at Meta's published rate with no mark-up.
How is tax handled?+
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Your invoice from Bloom DevLabs Corp. itemises any applicable tax for your records. Need an Official Receipt (OR / Non-VAT)? You can request one at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payment is handled through our configured payment workflow. Card and PayPal options are supported depending on your region; Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
The agent pauses AI replies and alerts you. You can top up instantly with a credit pack or wait for your monthly allowance to refresh. Incoming messages are still received so nothing is lost.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Included monthly credits do not roll over by default on standard plans. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Enterprise agreements can negotiate rollover.
