47 sales DM templates

Forty-seven message templates you can paste into your agent's instructions and adapt. Every line is written to be spoken by a person, not fired by a bot.

01 Why these work

Most DMs fail in one of three ways: they lead with features instead of outcomes, they ask for the sale before earning it, or they go silent after the first reply. The templates below follow a simple arc — open on the buyer's outcome, qualify in one or two light questions, handle the predictable objection, offer two concrete slots, then follow up on a schedule. In our own accounts, structured openers and a second follow-up lift booked-call rates from the low-teens to the high-twenties percent. Keep them short, keep them human, and change the bracketed variables so they sound like you.

03 How to deploy these at scale

Paste the categories that fit your offer into your agent's instructions, then turn on one-click optimisation so the agent rewrites them from your best real conversations. The agent selects the right template for the stage of the conversation rather than sending everything at once, matches your tone, and adapts the variables to each contact. Across seven channels this takes about fifteen minutes to deploy, and the templates then become a living library that improves as you close more deals.

FAQ

Won't customers notice a template?+
Not if you personalise the variables and let the agent adapt tone. The structure is the value; the wording should sound like you.
How many should I use at once?+
Start with the openers and one objection-handling set. Add booking and follow-up next. You do not need all 47 live on day one.
Can the agent pick the right one automatically?+
Yes. It chooses by conversation stage and intent, so a price objection gets the reframe and a warm lead gets a booking offer.
Do these work outside English?+
Yes. The agent will translate and localise, including Taglish, while keeping the structure.
Where do the close-rate figures come from?+
They are drawn from our own accounts and are deliberately mid-range; your numbers depend on your offer and price point.
Can I add my own templates?+
Absolutely. Paste your winners in and the agent will treat them the same way.
